The Postal History of Maryland, The Delmarva Peninsula, and The District of Columbia by Chester M. Smith and John L. Kay -book- (Maryland, US)

  Kay & Smith ushered in a boom of collecting postal history when they published state listings for Pennsylvania, and then New York.  As their work progressed they also did this book on Maryland, including Delaware and (unusual for postal history books) the two counties of Virginia on the eastern shore, as well as the District of Columbia.  Organization is by county, including Branches and Stations, with an alphabetical listing of all post offices.  There is also a listing of First Postmasters and other tables of interest.
